Introducing the ConductorOne Academy

Connector release notes

Here you'll find the latest new connectors, connector updates, and other connector news from C1.

August 29, 2025

New connectors

Connector capability updates

  • We’ve added the option to set a shared identity source when setting up a self-hosted connector to run in service mode. Setting a shared identity source means that account identities will be pulled in from the connector you specify.

  • The MongoDB Atlas connector now syncs databases and database users, and supports database provisioning, organization provisioning, and account deprovisioning.

New connectors

Connector capability updates

  • You can now configure which email domains the Okta connector syncs.

  • The Datadog connector now syncs schedules.

  • The Salesforce connector now provides the option to opt into syncing deactivated users. The connector now also lets you provide a map of Salesforce license types and the profile associated with each license type that has the fewest permissions. Creating this map allows for accounts to be automatically reassigned to this least-privilege profile for the relevant license type when a profile is revoked.

New connectors

Updated connector versions

  • BambooHR v2 - Modernizes the connector’s backend architecture

Connector monitoring

An informational banner and Paused status chip are now shown if the connector’s sync cycle is paused due to a significant drop in sync data. (See last week’s release notes for more on this new feature.)

Connector capability updates

  • The MongoDB Atlas connector now provides passwords for newly provisioned accounts in a vault.

  • After more thought and feedback, we’ve reversed course on how the Docusign connector treats signing groups. By default, the connector now does not sync signing groups. The configuration option has been altered to allow you to opt into syncing signing groups, if desired.

  • The Microsoft Azure Infrastructure connector can now be configured to use a shared identity source. We’ve added new configuration fields to the connector to support this capability.

  • The Google Workspace connector can now disable (but not delete) accounts.

  • The Contentful connector now supports account provisioning.

  • The Tenable Vulnerability Management connector can now enable and disable accounts. This allows the connector to disable (but not delete) accounts when deprovisioning, and to enable existing disabled accounts when app access is approved.

  • The Microsoft Dynamics 365 connector now allows you to opt into syncing system accounts. We’ve added new a configuration field to the connector to support this capability.

  • The SuccessFactors connector now syncs resources.

  • The Oracle Field Service connector now supports account provisioning and deprovisioning.

New connectors

Connector monitoring

We now automatically pause a connector’s sync cycle and alert you if significant data anomalies are detected (for example, if the number of resources decreases by half between one sync and the next). This monitoring function is on by default, but you can configure it by navigating to an app’s Configure connector > Advanced tab.

Connector capability updates

  • The MongoDB Atlas connector now supports account provisioning and has the option to create email invitations for new accounts. We’ve added a new configuration field to the connector to support this capability.

  • The Oracle Identity Cloud Service connector now supports provisioning applications and application roles.

  • The Tableau connector now supports account, group, and site provisioning.

  • The Miro connector now syncs roles and licenses, and also supports account, team, and role provisioning. You’ll need to generate and provide a Miro SCIM access token to provision accounts. We’ve added a new configuration field to the connector to support this capability.

  • The GitLab and Sentry connectors now support account deprovisioning. (View all connectors with account deprovisioning support on the Connector capabilities page.)

  • The Linear connector can now be configured to skip syncing projects. If using the Linear connector for external ticketing, you can now also provide a list of team IDs to be used for ticket schemas.

  • By default, the Google Cloud Platform with Google Workspace connector only syncs roles that are assigned to an IAM policy. We’ve added two new configuration fields that allow you to sync roles regardless of their IAM policy status.

  • The Docusign connector can now be configured to skip syncing signing groups. We’ve added a new configuration field to the connector to support this capability.
