November was a big month at C1! While most people start eyeing their holiday calendars, our team was busy shipping big features and polishing up the entire platform. We rolled out product updates that reshape how companies manage identity at scale, along with a series of usability improvements that keep the platform fast, intuitive, and ahead of market expectations.
Super Directory is here
Say hello to Super Directory! Think of it as the intelligent automation layer that sits above existing systems and connects them into a single identity source of truth. With Super Directory, organizations can unify identity data in one place, reduce operational complexity, and strengthen security posture across their environment.
We also introduced profile types, which help segment your workforce into clear groups like employees or contractors, making it easier to manage disparate groups in the platform. This update simplifies management, improves control, and sets the foundation for more advanced identity orchestration.

Microsoft Teams integration
Good news for Teams loyalists. With our new Teams integration, you can manage access requests, receive notifications, and approve or deny tasks right inside Microsoft Teams. Requesters can track progress in real time and admins receive alerts when connectors detect anomalies or errors. It’s a seamless, collaborative way to keep identity work moving.

Product improvements that raise the bar
Big features are great, but the small quality of life updates add up fast. Here’s how we made ConductorOne even more powerful and easier to use last month.
Customizable columns and filters
You can now fully customize your column layout in the Task log and in unstructured access reviews. Choose the columns you want, reorder them, and ConductorOne will remember your preferences.
New insights and analytics
The Analytics page now includes an Access Management overview that highlights apps with the most new requests and revocations, plus a new Identities section that tracks total users and service accounts.
Enhanced automation and controls
You can build fine-grained revoke entitlement steps based on risk levels or compliance frameworks, configure entitlement deprovisioning directly from the entitlement details page, and mix direct mappings with CEL expressions for advanced fallback logic when mapping user attributes.
Security and usability updates
Plus, we’re always making our product more secure and usable. Here’s how we did that in November:
- External accounts without trusted domain emails are clearly labeled across the platform.
- Campaign Admins now only see and modify campaigns they own.
- A new dropdown field type in custom forms improves data consistency.
- Vault management is now supported via the ConductorOne API and Terraform provider.
Always improving
While Super Directory and Teams stole the show this month, the dozens of smaller updates keep ConductorOne performing at the highest level. We know that every detail matters when you’re managing identity complexity at scale.
We’re already working hard on our December product updates. Stay tuned!
