As we wrapped up the year, our focus in December was simple: make ConductorOne easier to use, easier to understand, and easier to scale.
Identity work is complex by nature: policies get nuanced, reviews get repetitive, context gets lost. Over time, even small bits of friction slow teams down. This month, we focused on smoothing edges through dozens of thoughtful UX improvements that make the platform feel more intuitive, more flexible, and more automated, without changing how teams already work.
Alongside those usability upgrades, we continued to expand our connector ecosystem so ConductorOne fits more naturally into the tools you already rely on.
Designing for how teams actually work
Many of December’s updates focus on removing friction from everyday identity workflows. Not through major redesigns, but through small, intentional changes that add clarity and reduce cognitive load.
We made it easier to build precise access policies without writing complex expressions. We surfaced better context directly inside reviews and notifications so users don’t have to jump between tools to understand what they’re approving. We improved navigation, search, and table behavior so common tasks feel faster and more predictable.
Individually, these changes are subtle. Together, they make the platform feel more intuitive and forgiving, especially for reviewers and admins who spend a lot of time inside ConductorOne.
This is the kind of UX work that often goes unnoticed, until it’s missing. Our goal is for identity governance to feel less like a system you have to think about, and more like one that quietly supports how your organization already operates.
Stronger campaign insights and review visibility
Access reviews are one of the most critical, and often most painful, parts of identity governance. In December, we focused on making campaign progress easier to understand at a glance.
We introduced richer campaign dashboards that help teams see where reviews are getting stuck, how reviewers are performing, and how much work remains. Instead of guessing or chasing updates manually, admins can quickly identify bottlenecks and keep campaigns moving forward.
These improvements help teams complete reviews faster, with more confidence, and with less follow-up overhead, especially as campaigns scale across more apps and more reviewers.
Platform enhancements to unlock scale
As organizations grow, identity workflows need to adapt without becoming brittle. December included several updates that give teams more flexibility in how they configure, automate, and manage ConductorOne at scale.
From improved bulk actions and export options to better support for infrastructure-as-code and CLI-driven workflows, these updates make it easier to fit ConductorOne into existing processes rather than forcing teams to adapt to the tool.
The result is a platform that works just as well for small teams as it does for complex, highly regulated environments.
Expanding our integration ecosystem
Connectors remain a core part of how ConductorOne delivers value. In December, we added new integrations and expanded existing ones so teams can govern access across more systems with less manual effort.
We introduced new connectors, including PrismHR and HaloITSM, expanded provisioning and deprovisioning capabilities, and improved connector configuration and monitoring. These updates make integrations more reliable, more transparent, and easier to operate over time.
Our focus continues to be depth, not just breadth. We want connectors that do more than sync data. We want them to support real-world access lifecycles end to end.
Wrapping up the year
December was a strong finish to the year! We focused on reducing friction, improving visibility, and expanding integrations so teams can manage access with less effort and more confidence. You can find more details in our weekly release notes.
Thank you to all of our customers for your feedback, partnership, and trust throughout the year. We are excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to share what we are building next.
Wishing you a happy, healthy New Year from all of us at ConductorOne. You won’t want to miss everything we have in store in 2026.
